Thanks Ronald!! The pooled-actor tag works fine and I am able execute the process with one task being assigned to multiple users/groups. Can you please tell me that WHEN and HOW we should use the expression tags inside a swimlane?? Or can you please tell me WHERE I was wrong in using the expression tags??
