The working directory should be set to the directory that
contains the data directory. This is different in a git clone
(drools-planner/drools-planner-examples) and the release zip.
If you 're using the distribution zip, the runExamples.sh or bat should just
work. If you re using eclipse or intellij, open the run configuration and
set the working directory to that of the module.
