I have got booking example working with jboss-seam-jsf2 and jboss-seam-ui-jsf2 and
Richfaces 4.1.0.Final. I need to think about correct maven build profile to have all
changes in parallel with existing ones. Referenced migration is commited at
https://github.com/mareknovotny/Seam_2_3/tree/jsf2-booking

We need an example for demoing JSF2 support.
I would think about UI example for first step and next one should be a complex example
from the list of booking, excel, mail, messages.
