Updated fix version to 3.0.0.Final. Most important of these is the ability to secure a
page (similar to what we did in Seam 2 with the <restrict> tag in pages.xml). Many
of our users have already been asking about this, so we really need to provide something
for 3.0.

We need a solution to address consolidated page-flow, transactional control, security
constraints, and perhaps URL-rewriting -- all in one place.
It has been previously discussed that a type-safe API be possible for this - which is
definitely preferred over XML configuration:
