Summary: seam-gen should create a Hibernate Console configuration (was: seam-gen
should create a Hibernate Console configuration for the "prod" database)
it will use the META-INF/persistence.xml in classpath + override with
hibernate-console.properties which contain connection info entered during seam setup
(meaning it will override/ignore the datasource)
