If you want to adopt this technique, you'll need to create your own bootstrap archive
from the dir of the same name under your seam installation, then import it into a
convenient local repository. There is no need to use this approach - you could develop an
alternatie technique to store/copy the bootstrap config files as suits your needs - e.g.
use antrun to pull it from your seam install instead of unpacking a zip from your repo.
