In the current seam-gen component.properties is used by the test target, and the ant task
replaces out the tokens for the deployed tokens, this isn't easiest thing to
understand IMO, so we should change it.

In projects created by seam-gen, the components.properties never gets a chance to do its
job because the replacement tokens in components.xml are being filled in by the Ant build
