Done. Also fixed broken "Search Contacts" link which propagated the page
parameters instead of starting with a clean search. (might be better not to use s:link at
all in this case rather)

If you go to page 2 of the main table, and then search. If the search result does not
have a page 2 then it appears that search returned no match You can click the previous
button and see the list.
This should be a trivial fix of resetting the page # when a user searches.
