Done in SVN.
seam-gen now generates an empty resources/seam-gen.reveng.xml which will be picked up by
generate-entities. Requires an empty file but that's the simplest solution.
Alternatively we could do a check if the file is actually there and let it be optional and
a task for the users to create the file if they need it.
