I don't want to do this, but I did add some events to the Exceptions component, so
that you can implement some custom behavior.

Currently the exception handling system exposes the exception so that the redirected to
page can report it if needed.
It would be nice if the oridinating view / request parameters were also exposed. This
would allow the exception report to provide a back link to take you back to the area you
were working on.
