Teiid Designer 7.0 M2 is a snapshot incorporating Teiid 7.0 M3 code-base.
This milestone addresses the following:
• Structural split of designer into "Design Time" and "Run Time" features
• Design Time includes basic model and VDB creation and editing.
• Run Time includes connection management, data preview and VDB execution.
•
Re-implementing/simplifying the VDB editing framework • Refactoring of SVN code-base to be compatible with JBoss build process
• Integration into nightly Hudson builds
Note: The modeling (Design time) features should be fully functional except for the new VDB Editor. The "Run time" feature is only partially available and should be viewed as a "work in progress" and will NOT be fully functional.
