"Maven repository" is any thing we want it to be, even a locally hosted
repo manager into which we can install any dependencies we want - so it is
not available in any "public" repo, but still referrable via normal Gradle
means. Seems by far easier solution...

This implies that if you were running these tests locally you will
need to adjust; I hope it's not too inconvenient.
N.B. the `jdbcDependency` attribute for the matrix configuration needs
to change to match the jar name. I'll commit the change for Oracle
soon.
