Can we assume that schema file will be located in schema directory? The
best way to resolve a file stream given a string as a file name is our
own FileLookup, right?
We'll be shipping the xsd in the jar, so I think it's safe to assume
that we'll keep it in the same place, otherwise it'd be a nightmare for
our users!
