[infinispan-dev] Hot Rod protocol 1.1 review

Hi, I've just sent a pull request for Hot Rod protocol version 1.1: https://github.com/infinispan/infinispan/pull/592 This basically allows to reduce both memory and bandwith when it comes to maintaining and shipping Hot Rod topology information.
