yeah, that's why I am asking.
I have bug fixes for 7.0.x.
I would need to know the following:
- What's the maintenance branch?
- Do we still use the pull request mailing list to submit patches?
- What the next bug fix release date?

7.0.1, 7.0.2 releases will be bug fix releases of what we have now, with possibly a few
goodies from the 7.1.0 work thrown in along the way
