Ignoring the apparent noninterest from Remy in providing some useful
feedback to users (new or old) about the server running, then lets just look at consistent
error handling:
just to correct me here - Remy says he is fine adding useful feedback as long as it is a
normal deployment ;)
so tell me again why a default root.war with zero functionallity beyond a index.html is
considered a bad thing ?
