I believe this can't be migrated automatically as the JDBCAccessLogValve requires a module dependency to the JDBC driver which can't be easily inferred.

I wanted to avoid any interaction with other tests, but if that it's a prefered way I can update the PR.
e.g. adding the following profile into testsuite/integration/web/pom.xml solves the issue as well
