[~proesler_ucsd] Sorry for the late reply. I had to first get approval to release the template and the relevant scripts and to be honest forgot about it once I got it for a few days.
-Since github seems to have trouble at the moment, I published it to gitlab:- https://gitlab.com/noamik/wildfly-jvm-monitor
