Tibor, this is working as intended.
DSL mappings are applied in the order they are defined, so it is mandatory to place more specific mappings in the grammar before more general ones. The documentation contains the following node:
"The order of the entries in the DSL is important if separate DSL expressions are intended to match the same line, one after the other."

If Elytron has no current SecurityIdentity then an anonymous identity is used. The issue however is that this anonymous identity could be because the current user does not have access to be inflowed to the SecurityDomain being used for management or it could be because it is an in-vm call and no identity is established.
We need a solution to safely represent an in-vm call and differentiate it from a user with no appropriate identity,

[~jreimann-1] I've created https://issues.jboss.org/browse/JBPM-5250 and will look into this (hopefully soon).
However, we may have bigger issue. Looking at https://github.com/droolsjbpm/droolsjbpm-integration/blob/6.5.x/drools-os... the {{kie-remote-client}} seems to depend also on {{jsoup}} and {{resteasy-jaxrs-api}} and it also uses the {{wrap}} protocol. The thing is that we don't really have any direct control over those, so getting them OSGi-fied may be much more difficult.
