[JBoss JIRA] (DROOLS-3154) Minor UI improvements/bugfixes for Scenario

[~jsoltes] The best solution if you can do it, is to add padding to the container rather than trying to margin all the contents - then it's consistent and reliable.
Inline styling isn't a good solution, but just to show you, this would be the element to add it to I think -
<div id="right-panel" class="tab-pane kie-dock active" data-i18n-prefix="RightPanelViewImpl." {color:#FF8B00}style="padding: 1em;{color}">

> - Use grey borders for all the grid and not only for the header
> - Add some padding to the cells of the grid
> - Add some padding to right panel the tab titles
> - Remove scrolling bar from right panel
> - Review expression editor component HTML/CSS (paddings, indents, etc)
> - Review right panel padding (now it is hardcoded)
> - Use text area inputs instead of text box for inline editing
> - Reduce the width of Index column

[~jsoltes]
Regarding padding/margin on Test Editor Tab we already have it in the list
_Add some padding to right panel the tab titles_
And maybe has been already changed/fixed by [~srambach]. [~srambach], can you please confirm that?
Regarding contextual menu' there is a shared doc where we are discussing/discussed about that so please read/comment there

[~gabriolo] [~uxdlc] Hello, one more thing to update... the left margin on the Test Editor Tab - see the picture below,
There needs to be some, probably at the same level as the paragraph underneath.

[~gabriolo] [~uxdlc] Regarding the insert top row, insert bottom row options. I don't really see why are these needed - i think the insert row below and insert row above should be enough for the user. I even confused them with the latter when I tried to use them for the first time. So I think in this case we do a favor to the user when we remove them. Also it would make the menu shorter and more concise.

[JBoss JIRA] (DROOLS-3147) [DMN Designer] Keyboard shortcuts

> The DMN editor should support keyboard shortcuts (similar for current GDT tables) for basic operations like editing of DRD elements. This support is crucial for integration selenium testing.
> In integration test we are able to select node on canvas thanks to Navigation Dock (BAPL-966). Once element is selected we need shortcuts for:
> - Appending element
> - Morphing element
> - Renaming element
> Thanks to Navigation Dock (BAPL-966) we are also able to open Context Editor (where applicable). In Context editor we need shortcuts for:
> - Navigation between cells
> - Invoking inline context menu
> - Navigate in inline context menu
> - Select item in inline context menu
> - Start Editing cell
> - Finish editing Cell
> - Cancel editing Cell
