[JBoss JIRA] (DROOLS-2530) DMN Decision Table - wrong evaluation of parameter named "product"
by Edson Tirelli (JIRA)
Edson Tirelli updated DROOLS-2530:
----------------------------------
Affects Version/s: 7.7.0.Final
> DMN Decision Table - wrong evaluation of parameter named "product"
> ------------------------------------------------------------------
>
> Key: DROOLS-2530
> URL: https://issues.jboss.org/browse/DROOLS-2530
> Project: Drools
> Issue Type: Bug
> Components: dmn engine
> Affects Versions: 7.5.0.Final, 7.6.0.Final, 7.7.0.Final
> Reporter: David Le Moing
> Assignee: Edson Tirelli
> Priority: Critical
> Fix For: 7.8.0.Final
>
> Attachments: product_issue.dmn
>
>
> We have an input named "product" that is used in a decision table.
> We upgraded to Drools 7.7.0.Final and noticed that now, what was evaluated was not the object passed as parameter, but an object of type ProductFunction.
> The same issue is present in version 7.5.0.Final and 7.6.0.Final. It was working fine previously.
> I think the issue is coming from the method getAllValues() of EvaluationContextImpl. Maybe the stack should be reversed before iterating over it and putting the values in the map.

[~metabrez] : the mailing list is the best place to ask for help about how to use the engine. Please take a look at the www.drools.org website for instructions to send your questions to the mailing list where the community will be happy to help you. If you or your company have a Red Hat subscription, please open a ticket at the customer portal instead and the Red Hat team will be happy to help you.
I am closing this ticket, but just to give you a quick pointer, dates can be compared like any other comparable value, using <, <=, > and >= operators. Alternatively you can use temporal operators, like "after", "before", etc. Please refer to the docs for the temporal operators.
I am closing this ticket.

[JBoss JIRA] (WFCORE-2620) Add ability to read computed runtime values of IO subsystem buffer-pool attributes

> In IO subsystem there are some attributes which are calculated based on available system resources if not explicitly specified. These attributes are:
> * worker
> ** io-threads
> ** task-max-threads
> * buffer-pool
> ** buffer-size
> ** buffers-per-slice
> ** direct-buffers
> Currently these computed values are not visible for user in the subsystem configuration even with include-runtime=true.
> To show these runtime values would definitely improve UX.
> Worker attributes are covered by EAP7-616 .
> This issue is about buffer-pool attributes.
