Yes, it is specific to domain mode, standalone server is shutting down without any problems. It is an issue with the graceful shutdown using 0 as timeout and when an activity is not suspended at all because the managed executor is creating a task from an existing task.

These (all but WSTrustTestCase) testcases running solo one by one pass, WSTrustTestCase fails with different exception\[1\]. So there is probably a problem with tests isolation, trying to figure out which one is to blame.

Ahhhh Java, "Write Once Run Anywhere"
I can only speak for jbossws. Our testsuite has tests that run our .bat scripts by default,
BUT we do not run the testsuite regularly on Windows. I've been enhancing our tests to run
the ps1 scripts hence I started uncovering these issues.
