I can see similar issue in dedicated shared store HA scenario with standalone clients. After the live is killed, backup gets activated but clients still try to reconnect only to live. I can see it in a test ColocatedClusterFailoverTestCase#testFailoverClientAckQueue.

Regarding broken tests, the most important requirement that must stick to is configuration that was previously valid must still be usable on the later WildFly Release - if the test breakage is just due to coarse XML comparisons not expecting the case to change those we can deal with.

[~csuconic] I did a number of tries to reproduce this issue with Artemis 1.5 but I could not reproduce it there. So It seems to be related more to Artemis 2.x RA than to Artemis 1.5 servers.
