[JBoss JIRA] (DROOLS-3454) Data type constraints: Day/Time Duration
by Liz Clayton (Jira)
Liz Clayton commented on DROOLS-3454:
-------------------------------------
[~karreiro] Here's a first pass revised mock for Enumeration. I couldn't fit the field labels after the input boxes, so needed to move them below, which included the row height. Not sure if that'll be okay for you? Also trying out different hint text options, let me know what you think. Thanks.

> * From the Data Types tab - as a user I want the ability to define constraints for the following types: Day/Time Duration (Expression, Enumeration, and Range.)
> Functional considerations/ pre conditions:
> * Consider interaction in light of Property panel and consistency.
> * Underscore the notion of one-off constraints.
> Verification conditions:
> * Scrum team and PO review.

p.s. [~stetson.robinson] suggested "value", I believe, as an option for the hint text.

[JBoss JIRA] (DROOLS-3452) Data type constraints: Date/Time
by Liz Clayton (Jira)
Liz Clayton commented on DROOLS-3452:
-------------------------------------
[~karreiro][~dadossan] Adding a mockup with the new Range design (checkbox selection), as applied to this type.
!revised-range.png|thumbnail!
Changes include:
* Replaced Include/Exclude with a dropdown. Need to make "Include" the default selection.
* Revised the help text accordingly.
* Moved truncation ellipsis to the end of the Timezone label.
[~stetson.robinson] I added some placeholder copy for the Range help text. It goes something like this:
"A range has a start value and an end value. The value at each end of the range may be included or excluded from the range definition. If the checkbox is deselected it will be excluded." If you have a sec to review this and offer revisions if needed that would be great. Thanks.
