[~fjuma], [~flavia.rainone], [~adamkrajcik], IIUC, when customer uses JDK11 and default elytron {{server-ssl-context}} configuration, the TLSv1.3 will be provided by server by default as an option. If compatible client is used, then TLSv1.3 is used for connection. In other words, possibility of performance drop is highly probable in default configuration.
As a result, I am raising this to a blocker level.

OK. As I've mentioned several times on this thread, I was not able to reproduce your issue given the code in the jira description. Please attach a full reproducer that demonstrates the problem. Until then, I'm afraid I don't have sufficient information to identify the cause.

[~kkufova] [~danielezonca] Yes, I agree it's still relevant ... I think it would be good to see if there is a good use case with the common BDD workflow that Paul and Ally shared at the enablement training ... I still have on my list to plan a BAA call about this topic.

I'm implementing it but I'm not sure about the KPI {{Tested decisions}}. Is it the number of decisions correctly executed (= {{SUCCESS}} status) or the number of decisions for which the user has defined at least an EXPECT condition?
