[JBoss JIRA] (DROOLS-5124) SceSim editor is not recognizing "default" session in kmodule
by Matteo Mortari (Jira)

Matteo Mortari commented on DROOLS-5124:
----------------------------------------
I think the above comment is missing the point.
To interact with the kie-server with DRL, you will need to specify the kmodule.
At this point, unless I am missing something, you can only have 1 default stateless in a 1 default kiebase. In this case, imho, the scesim can take that one when creating the asset.

I think this is not a bug, {{Stateless Session}} value is not intended to automatically match default value of kmodule. By default scesim looks for a default stateful kieSession, if you want to use another one you need to edit properties in {{Settings}}.
It might be possible that there is no default session (stateful or stateless) at all in the module and you will have to specify the name of the session you want to use so I would stay with the current behavior.
Wdyt? Can we close the ticket?
EDIT: you can also have two default sessions (one stateless and one stateful)
