A simple blog portlet with the following features:
- Blogs categorized by username.
- Blog should offer a global RSS feed and a category RSS feed.
- Users with the proper credentials should be able to:

- Anonymous users should not be able to view admin screen and can only view blog
postings.
* Optional feature of allowing comments is a nice-to-have.
