It should be possible to extend the org.jboss.kernel.plugins.deployment.xml.BeanSchemaBinding to add a jmx-depends tag that specifies the jmx mbeans that the org.jboss.kernel.deployment.jboss.JBossBeanDeployment which is registered with the jmx kernel depends on.
