Here is the recommendation from JBPM-7429: 1) Panning should require users to hit the SpaceBar + click and drag. 2) And click and drag should be reserved for lasso multi-select. GDT will need to change panning from regular click and drag to SpaceBar + click and drag. I am not sure if it is necessary for GDT to support lasso multi-select (or if it does already) but we can discuss that later if so.
