I suggest splitting these resources into 2: /server=*/jgroups-broadcast-group=* /server=*/jgroups-discovery-group=* which requires clustering capabilities and /server=*/socket-broadcast-group=* /server=*/socket-discovery-group=* which requires a socket-binding capability.
