Chao Wang commented on WFLY-1995:
---------------------------------
Hi Brian, since this issue raised with an EAP5 RFE from LODH, they want to use this
feature for their MDB configuration, this one is to ensure they have same feature when
they migrate to EAP6. For these annotations, a boolean parameter was added to check to see
if we need property substitution, however, not all of them are reasonable to do so, like
we have @Local @Clustered, etc, also for some values user probably don't want to use
substitution. I'm agree that other following tasks should be done to cover all
annotations. I'll go through them to check and to see which can be supported or like
you said reasons why others are not supported.
Allow property substitution in EJB Annotations
@ActivationConfigProperty and @ResourceAdapter with configurable option
