---------------------------------------------------
Some background regarding this:
https://issues.jboss.org/browse/GUVNOR-2706
PR:
https://github.com/kiegroup/drools/pull/938/files
This was regarding multibye file names in drools. I tried this with 7.0.2 and it is
raising the same error either with "100% ok" or "あいうえお".
It fails in both cases when try to open an editor. (The file is created but is not
possible to open the editor).
Use of the "%" sign in the title
