When placing a breakpoint on the first line of the hello world example. It would stop ok,
I would press step-over and it would show this error:

change in mvel Debugger interface caused this. Having STEP=STEP_OVER introduces unexpected
behaviour in debugging logic (now both step conditions are triggered).
