Since this has nothing to do with if the server is available for invocation requests, needs to be changed so if based off if can communicate with the server. Also, the $PING$ invocation sent by the ConnectionValidator is sending it's fully qualified classname as the client session id. This in turns indicates to the server to start leasing for that id (if leasing is turned on). Obviously, this does not need to happen.
