Dimitris, I have been heavily involved with the ESB work over the last few weeks but will
put some time aside this afternoon to make the changes. We should be able to get another
CR to you shortly.
Making these write only was a deliberate decision though as the modifications will not
necessarily apply once the transaction manager has been initialised.
I will update this task once the work is complete.

The TM issue is now closed.
Jonathan is preparing to push a new snapshot up to the repository, we will let you know
once this has been completed.
As for JBAS-4079, this is a different issue. The setTransactionTimeout method of the
TransactionManager is used to change the default timeout associated with the current
thread and not the global default. JBossTS does support this.
