Well, it's an open tracing annotation on your application class. And the app uses
resteasy implementation (and that already depends on the API since it uses the same class
in its CDI extensions). So the API classes are there already, right? Probably just not
"exposed" properly?
When Weld gets around to creating the annotated types, we need to be able to [load that
class from module class
loader|https://github.com/wildfly/wildfly/blob/master/weld/subsystem/src/...]
(in WFLY's case). In some cases unloadable annotation isn't an error which is why
we don't blow up instantly and instead just log something. However, in this case it
looks more like an error.
Rest-client can't be used without opentracing subsystem present
in config

Trying to provision the following set of galleon layers:
jaxrs ==> for jaxrs and rest-client

I am getting an NPE. If open-tracing is provisioned along with jaxrs, no NPE and client
injection works fine.
