It's a windows environment setting and is echo'd correctly when standalone.bat is
executed.
I have not looked at service.bat as a possible source of error since a number of people
have done that already in order for this issue to be marked as resolved.
Do you have reason to make this suggestion or are you looking for anything that might be a
cause ?
Wildfly 10.1.0.CR1 does not start as a windows service
