There are 2 options:
1) a 'Thirdparty Change" issue so you can link to the tracking task
2) a 'Component Upgrade' subtask type when you create subtasks under the tracking
task parent.
(2) is preferred, but for already create entries we can link and change their type to (1)
This is needed to be able to track all updates for a release through a single entry point,
the tracking task.
It also produces nice releases notes, because all upgrades are grouped together :-)
