Project: WildFly
Issue Type: Bug
Environment: Windows
Reporter: Ryan Catambing

Fix For: 8.0.0.Beta1
In Windows environment, connect using cli and add new module using the module add
command. Using the module-xml argument specify the path of the module xml file located in
a different drive from where JBoss EAP is installed. Execute the command.
A message is displayed saying the module add command failed by failing to locate the file
on the file system.
Notice that the location specified in the message duplicates the drive.
