A Message is arriving at the same time the transaction is being made.
As soon commit completes it will already have a message on it, and the ResourceManager
will be send to the limbo when the commit completes.

I don't get what the issue is here.
if you create a session, consume a message, then commit the session, then clearly the
message will be acknowledged.
Maybe I am still not understanding the description here.

The problem here is the transaction is not ACID.
The message will arrive during the commit call.. i.e. The ResourceManager is being changed
during the commit...
As the message will arrive on a completed transaction already.. you won't ever be able
to send that acknowledge back.
