JGroups 2.6.2 hangs during JChannel.connect

In a cluster having two nodes A & B, A is up and running and when B is started for the
first time it sometimes hangs in JChannel.connect.
If we bring down A then B is able to resume and connect. This issue happens randomly but
frequently.

2.6.2 is old, I suggest try with at least 2.6.15 (downloadable from SourceForge).
I'm going to close this. If you can reproduce the issue, please re-open the case and
add the exact steps (and the program used) to reproduce it.
You can also try a later version (branch on GitHub is Branch_JGroups_2_6), but you have to
build it yourself.

We are also using the JBoss Cache 2.1.0 with which the compatible versions of JGroups is
2.6.2.

JGroups 2.6.15 should be backward compatible with 2.6.2, so you could just upgrade the
JGroups JAR. If your project allows you to, you can of course always upgrade to
Infinispan/JGroups. Infinispan is the successor to JBossCache.
