Expected Behavior: An error related to the page not being able to be compiled. Actual Behavior: The jsp page is compiled and rendered in the browser. If you remove jasper-compiler-jdt.jar in Tomcat 5.5.9 standalone, jsp pages are not able to be compiled and displayed.
