Ales Justin resolved JBAS-5262.
-------------------------------
Resolution: Done
As mentioned jboss.vfs.forceCopy system flag is how you now explicitly enable VFS copy
handling.
By default we use NoCopy, which proved to be stable.
Revisit jboss.vfs.forceNoCopy behaviour in JBoss VFS
----------------------------------------------------
Key: JBAS-5262
URL:
http://jira.jboss.com/jira/browse/JBAS-5262
Project: JBoss Application Server
Issue Type: Task
Security Level: Public(Everyone can see)
Components: VFS
Affects Versions: JBossAS-5.0.0.Beta4
Reporter: Dimitris Andreadis
Assigned To: Ales Justin
Fix For: JBossAS-5.0.0.CR2
In JBAS-4389 we enabled jboss.vfs.forceNoCopy=true, by default (if not specified)
If the NoCopy functionality proves stable, we should make that the default, remove the
jboss.vfs.forceNoCopy flag and instead create a
jboss.vfs.forceCopy
to explicitly enable it.
