--------------------------------------------------------
[~aabdelsa] I upgraded BC to version 1.65b16 and get the same error
"javax.net.ssl.SSLException: readHandshakeRecord" as log from
https://ci.wildfly.org/viewLog.html?buildId=192989&tab=buildResultsDi....
It looks test WSTrustTestCase#testPicketLink breaks testBearer() and testHolderOfKey
tests, exclude this test will get all tests passed. From handshake logs(please find from
attachement) , I can't find there is something wrong in client side. It's possible
there are settings in PicketLinkSTS server endpoint affects ssl setting for other
endpoints, or there is still something in 1.65b16 to be fixed. I didn't get this
error with BC 1.62 and JDK13.

findings. It seems there are setting in PicketLinkSTS server endpoint affects ssl setting
for other endpoints. I still don't know why. But JDK8 doesn't share this problem.
Is it possible some jdk13 bug ?
Upgrade bouncycastle to 1.65.0
