Bela Ban commented on JGRP-451:
-------------------------------
Windows (XP) apparently doesn't correctly re-establish routes when the network adapter
is re-activaed, or it de-activates the socket as well, so we cannot use that socket
anymore.
Solutions:
- Use a real OS
- Use something equivalent to IP bonding on Windows
- Kill the process attached to the socket and restart it
Disabling a network interface and subsequent re-enabling it (on
Windows) doesn't merge

Project: JGroups
Issue Type: Feature Request
Affects Versions: 2.5
Reporter: Bela Ban
Assigned To: Bela Ban
Fix For: 2.6
- Run 2 Draw instances: 1 cluster of 2
- Disable the interface (on Windows). [Need to check whether ifcfg down eth0 causes the
same issue]
- 2 clusters of 1 each
- Re-enable the interface: members don't merge as sending on the interface always
fails
