Ok, it was indeed a bug, but only marginally related to @timestamp. It is fixed and will
be part of 5.6.
The fix is here :

Otherwise, the problem is related to the use of declared windows, you can probably work it
around temporarily
by using the windows in the accumulates directly

Download app-ss-test-case.zip and run TimestampAttributeTest.
When timestamp attribute is set in the past (lets say with timestamp of 30 days ago) it
falls in every sliding window over time (e.g. 1s).
