We've decided to back peddle a bit on default values. The way this will work now is
the {{core-threads}} attribute is now nullable. If the value is left null then the number
of {{core-threads}} is calculated based on the number of processors. If the
{{queue-length}} is left null then the value will be set to {{Integer.MAX_VALUE}}. With
the defaults this should act like an unbounded queue.

When running a lot of tasks in an ManagedExecutorService (in my case 492) a
RejectedExecutionException might be thrown.
The main reason for this is that the queue-length is not set in standalone.xml in
wildfly. I will provide a pull request fpr that.
