I have an MBean who use the persistent mechanism (using the persistent manager) org.jboss.mx.persistence.DelegatingPersistenceManager. After restarting JBoss, it complains that it cannot find the server/default/data/xmbean-attrs/IBL%253Aservice%253DIBLConfiguration.xml. Looking in the directory I have a file called: server/default/data/xmbean-attrs/IBL%3Aservice%3DIBLConfiguration.xml. The URL is different, that explains why it cannot load the configuration. My MBean failed to deploy.
