Tests 'testModelInDefaultPackage1' and 'testModelInDefaultPackage2' create a declarative model in the 'defaultPkg' and attempt to use the model from a rule in a different (explicit) package. Tests that I'd expect to pass (one or the other, or both?) are @Ignored.
