We're currently using jaxws-ri 2.1.3 in Metro integration (which btw is based on the
re-spun JAX-WS 2.1 MR2 spec) and it does include the required fix. I've removed the
fixme and re-enabled the test.

Currently the CodeWriter redirects output to System.out
It's hardcoded in the SunRi tools codebase.
I've created an issue for this:

It's no big deal, but should be fixed to simplify tools intergation with other
products, IDE's, etc
